When will you reply?

We reply by email, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm. Messages sent on a Sunday or a holiday are answered on the next working day.

Can you correct my RC or licence details?

No. RTO Buddy only reads public records and never changes them. To correct a record, apply at your RTO or on the official transport website.

Can I pay a challan through RTO Buddy?

Yes. Check your vehicle number, choose the challans you want to pay and pay online. You get a receipt, and the challan shows as paid once the government updates it.

How do I cancel RTO Buddy Watch or get a refund?

Choose “Payment or refund” in the form and tell us your vehicle number. You can cancel anytime, and get a full refund within 7 days. See our Refund policy.
